Qualifications: Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Bachelor of Commerce, NTAA Member, Justice of the Peace NSW (JP).
Experience: Worked in Commercial roles until 1995 then moved to Accounting & Tax Practice in 1998. Member of CPA since 2004. Been at the current firm since 2002 and became a partner in 2012. Wide exposure to various industries.
What I enjoy most about my role: Always loved numbers! It is a great feeling seeing clients succeed and you were there every step of the way - tax strategies, forecasting, budgeting, cost-cutting.
I am currently working on: Professional Development is a high priority - regularly attend NTAA, CPA or other seminars, reading tax updates or researching.

Experience: I have a diverse background, specialising at the forefront of businesses and dealing with clients regularly. I've worked in law firms and real estate agents, recently making the transition into Accounting.
What I enjoy most about accounting: The favourite part of my job is doing Income Tax Returns – it's always nice to see someone get a refund.
What I enjoy most about my role: We have a great team of staff so it's always fun working with them and l love meeting new clients, putting a face to a name.
Something you didn’t know about me: I LOVE Christmas! & all seasonal holidays are a big celebration in our household!
I am currently working on: Studying social media marketing, posting more to our Higgins Tonna Facebook & Instagram pages. So, look out for some posts in future!

Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management), Advanced MYOB & Payroll.
Experience: Working as a bookkeeper and processing payroll since 2009, previously managing retail, sales and hospitality.
What I enjoy most about accounting: I love the feeling of helping a business get all their accounts in order and knowing they can concentrate on running their business whilst I look after their books.
Something you don't know about me: I love to take my children camping and on holidays as much as possible.
I am currently interested in: Essential oils and natural living.

Experience: I worked as a junior accountant primarily with bookkeeping responsibilities including payroll and eventually taking more responsibilities relating to BAS, tax returns for individuals and companies, and SMSF annuals.
What I enjoy most about my role: I love working with the team. They have great personalities, and they make it easy to communicate to get things done on time.
I am currently working on: I'm currently working on maintaining bookkeeping records, preparing quarterly activity statements and few tax returns.
What I enjoy most about accounting: I love that accounting is dynamic. There's always a new challenge and opportunity to learn so it's never boring.
